Reminds me of when we were coming up & older cousins would 'pump iron' & on getting back home we would tease them by singing that Congelese song "Jenga Misuli Minene"!
My buddies use some of this and as they chant "no fatties allowed" i got sucked into peer pressure and bought my own weights last year...uhm.. er... uh...lets say they be doing great!!!
Memories ... I remember sitting watching jamaas pour cement into tins of paint and then putting the on a bathroom scale trying to get the weight identical before the cement sets. And there was always one jamaa in the estate with the lifting belt, the gloves, etc. But man gyms in nairobi can be expensive KSH 3,000/- a month etc. As for that madondo comment ... so true ... I remember sitting my with older cuso outside a hardcore gym under city stadium listening to jamaas discuss beans for 6 hours ...
Lakini wewe Wassapangaz where do you get these pictures .. lol!
Back again...Wassapangaz, this new template does your blog justice. It even brings out the pics you have up here. Confession: am not all about looks but when in a hurry, a blogger's inviting template would have me read the weirdest of posts. Imagine that:)
